Yoga & Pilates with Michelle

Michelle works with small groups so that everyone in the class can benefit from personalized instruction.  She draws from her background in Classical Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, rehabilitative Pilates, and Osteopathy,  along with her passion for the human body's form and function to create a space for learning, play and curiosity.  

Her foundational belief when it comes to teaching movement, is that we should aim to teach people not practices,  which means meeting people exactly where they are and moving away from notions of "right" and "wrong" but rather asking "when", "why" and "how much"?  


Flowing Yoga: Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45pm

12 classes;  180

Fall Session: September 7th to December 14th, 2022   *NO CLASSES OCT 5th, 12th, 19th

Beginner Pilates: Sundays 10:30-11:30am
12 classes; 180$

Fall Session: September 11th to December 18th  * NO CLASSES OCT 2nd, 9th and 16th

*Classes are offered in English

* Maximum 8 participants
